The Agenda for the meeting will be:
1. Call to order
2. Establish a Quorum
3. Proof of Notice of Meeting
4. Reading and Disposal of previous Annual Meeting minutes
5. Election of Directors
a. Appointment of Inspectors of election
b. Casting of ballots
6. Report of Officers
7. Reports of Committees
a. CRC
b. DRC
c. Grounds
d. Nominating
8. Unfinished Business
9. New Business
a. Results of voting on roll-over of excess funds per IRS 70-604
b. Results of voting – Election of Directors
10. Adjournment
Immediately following the Membership Meeting, the Board of Directors will convene to elect officers and conduct other business of the Association as may be necessary.

The purpose of the meeting is Board appointment of the Nominating Committee to serve until the Annual Meeting of the Membership in January 2019. This is the only business that will be transacted at this meeting.
